The News and Events package, included with Alpine Center Stage Professional, lets EDCO keep its audience up-to-date with the latest happenings in Central Oregon. This tool lets them compose and publish press releases in a snap, while updating the content on their home page and automatically archiving events that have come to pass.

World Domination through Microsites

EDCO uses Center Stage Professional to manage multiple websites, including one for the 2005 Bend Venture Conference. The microsite for this event was instrumental to keeping presenters and attendees informed, as it was the primary source of communication for the conference. The site was a smash hit, and EDCO’s web traffic doubled from April to September 2005.

Diving into the Inbox

EDCO started using Alpine’s Rainmaker email campaign software in March 2005, as a better means of keeping in touch with its members while ramping up for the Bend Venture Conference. In less than six months, EDCO sent out 80 email campaigns to seven unique groups of recipients.

Rainmaker allows EDCO to track how many email messages were sent out in a campaign, how many of those messages were viewed, and how many of those resulted in someone clicking through to one of EDCO’s websites.
